Printing from a Computer

  2. Open the PDF:
    • Open the PDF using a PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or any other compatible software.
  3. Check Printer Settings:
    • Before printing make sure your printer is connected and has enough paper and ink.
    • In the print settings, select the correct printer. Choose the appropriate paper size (A4 or letter, depending on your printer and region). Set the orientation. Specify the number of copies.
    • Ensure the “Fit to Page or Scale to Fit” option is selected to avoid any cut-off margins.
    • Consider selecting “High-Quality Print” in the settings for coloring pages or detailed worksheets.
  4. Print Your Worksheets:
    • Click the “Print,” button and your worksheets should start printing!

Printing from a Phone or Tablet

Instructions for Users When printing on US Letter paper

Most of our worksheets are designed for A4 paper. To print on US Letter (8.5 x 11 inch) paper:

  • Open the worksheet PDF.
  • In your printer dialog box, open File > Print. Look for a setting called “Page Scaling,” “Fit to Page,” “Scale to Fit,” or similar.
  • Select this option.
  • Print your worksheet.

Your printer will automatically adjust the size so that the A4 design fits nicely on your Letter paper.

General Printing Tips

  • Check your printer settings: Ensure your printer is set to print in color (if applicable) and that the paper size and orientation match your worksheet.
  • Update your printer drivers: Outdated drivers can sometimes cause printing problems. Check your printer manufacturer’s website for the latest drivers.
